1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once the order moves into processing after this period, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Exchange Policy (7-Day Window)

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product under the following situations:

• Size-related issues
• Wrong item received
• Defective or damaged product

To request an exchange, contact us via email or WhatsApp with:

• Order ID
• Issue details
• Supporting images, if applicable

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with its original packaging and tags.

3. Exchange Shipping Conditions

• If the issue occurs from our side: If the wrong product is delivered or the item is defective or damaged, the exchange will be arranged without any additional shipping charges.
• If the exchange request is due to customer selection issues: For size, variant, or preference-related exchanges, a one-side shipping charge of ₹200–₹250, depending on the location, will apply.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Refunds

As orders are processed after confirmation, we primarily provide exchange support. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases where an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability or other verified circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed through an appropriate payment method, subject to applicable conditions.

5. Custom & Sale Items

Custom-made products are eligible for exchange only if received in a defective condition and reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting proof.

Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange unless they are received damaged or incorrect.

6. Shipping Information

• Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping
• COD Orders: ₹200 additional charge
• Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 working days, depending on the location

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
